Program Director:

Alan Hoffman Alan Hoffman is a Professor of Management and an MBA Advisory Board Member at Bentley as well as Business Visiting Professor, Rotterdam School of Management., Erasmus University, The Netherlands

Ian Cross Ian Cross is the Director for Bentley’s Center for Marketing Technology and a Senior Lecturer on the faculty with teaching, research and consulting interests in internet marketing; marketing research; branding; social media.
Diane Kelloge

Diane Kellogg is an Associate Professor of Management at Bentley University and a professional consultant. Her teaching and consulting specialties include organization change, leadership and communication. She has worked with a wide array of large organizations throughout the U.S. and around the world.

William Starner

William Starner spent over 25 years in executive management roles including general management, marketing, customer service and human resources. He has extensive international business experience and possesses in-depth knowledge of a variety of industries.  Mr. Starner is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Bentley University where he teaches courses in Leadership, Negotiation and Interpersonal Relations in Management.

Chip Wiggins

R. Chip Wiggins is the Dean of Business and the McCallum Graduate School and the director of the Bentley University Microcredit Initiative. Previously, he has served as the chair of the Department of Finance and held the Edward F. Gibbons Research Professorship in Finance. His teaching and research interests focus on microfinance, corporate governance, ownership and control.
