The global economy is presenting the business world with myriad challenges and opportunities that require innovative approaches and a new skill set. This program has been developed to help managers understand the ways in which they can evaluate their industry and their organization and strategically evaluate opportunities for future growth.

This interactive, two-day course covers a variety of ways to learn how to change the way you think.  The first day will present you with opportunities to undertake a competitive analysis and then to use that information to find new ways of creating measurable value for your company.  On day two, you’ll take part in a design thinking simulation exercise and then identify and evaluate opportunities to move your business forward.
